Bridging the gap between emotional awareness and real-time performance by turning mindful insight into immediate, actionable support.
Despite the growth of mindfulness apps, most solutions focus on helping users feel better rather than perform better in critical moments. Users need tools that translate awareness into immediate, actionable support during high-pressure situations. Without this connection, emotional regulation remains passive, limiting its impact on real-world outcomes.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
The design of Myndset focuses on creating an experience that is intuitive, action-oriented, and emotionally supportive, helping users move seamlessly from awareness to action.

LAUNCHING THE MVP
With Myndset preparing for its initial release, my first priority was defining a focused MVP that could validate the core product concept while keeping the scope intentionally constrained.
Discovery
I started with discovery to align on the product vision and define a focused MVP. To avoid overcomplicating the experience, we narrowed the scope to program-based engagement, supported by a flexible content library. This led to defining two core areas:

Programs – where users create and manage their own programs alongside preset ones

Library – where users access all preset and uploaded media
This approach allowed us to focus on how users build and engage with structured programs, while keeping the system scalable for future content expansion.
Planning the App Structure
After defining the MVP scope, I focused on structuring the app and key user flows. Programs serve as the primary way users engage with content, while the Library supports content discovery and selection. To align on this early, I created flowcharts to visualize how these components connect as a system. This ensured a clear and cohesive structure, while keeping the foundation flexible for future expansion.
Wireframes
Once the structure was defined, I moved into wireframing to explore how each part of the experience would be laid out.
This allowed for quick iteration on user flows across Programs and the Library without focusing on visual design details too early. The main focus during this stage was on program creation, content selection from the Library, and the scheduling flow — as these form the core experience of the product. Establishing these flows early laid the foundation for future expansion and additional features.
MVP UI Designs
With wireframes in place, I moved into UI design, focusing on creating a quick MVP version that prioritizes functionality over a fully defined visual system. Rather than refining detailed visual styles, I focused on clarity, usability, and ensuring key features — such as program creation, scheduling and library browsing — were intuitive and easy to navigate. The result was a simple and functional UI that supports the core experience, while leaving room for future visual refinement and system expansion.
Pre-Launch Website
Once the MVP UI was defined, I shifted my focus to designing a marketing pre-launch website for Myndset to communicate the product’s value and capture early interest. This allowed us to quickly validate interest and begin building an early user base while keeping the scope lightweight and focused.
ITERATING & EVOLVING THE PRODUCT
After the MVP launch, we continuously improved the product, addressing user pain points and evolving the brand to better serve our audience.
Styleguide
I developed a more refined style guideline to ensure visual consistency and scalability — to create a more polished and intentional user experience. The focus was on maintaining a calm and supportive tone while improving clarity, consistency, and overall visual quality across the app.
Structure Redesign
Following the MVP launch, user feedback revealed a need for clearer content structure and stronger community engagement, leading to a strategic redesign of the Myndset. These updates are reflected in the redesigned main navigation, which now features Home, VybeVideos, Create, VybeCasts, and Profile, creating a more intuitive and personalized entry point into the app.

This new feature delivers a more personalized experience by recommending Vybes based on the user’s selected mood, making it quick and easy to find the right content. It supports Myndset’s goal of building a habit-forming experience by consistently surfacing relevant suggestions, encouraging users to return regularly and integrate Vybe sessions into their daily routine.
Vybes
MyVybes
MyVybes is a centralized space where users can quickly access and manage all saved and created Vybes. The design is aimed at making it easier for users to revisit, edit, and resume their routines through a clear, organized interface—reducing friction and supporting consistent daily habit-building.
VybeActivation
VybeActivation builds on this concept by turning daily engagement into a guided, time-based routine. Through a structured 21-day flow, users are encouraged to show up consistently, with customizable reminders that align with their schedule. The experience emphasizes progress over perfection, using a clear sense of momentum to help users stay accountable and build lasting habits.
ShareVybes
ShareVybes expands the experience by transforming individual routines into a shared, community-driven space. Users can browse and discover Vybes created by others through a dynamic, feed-style interface designed for easy exploration and inspiration. The design emphasizes social connection and content discovery, encouraging users to engage beyond their own routines and find new ways to support their journey.
Create
Vybe Creation
User can design their own personalized Vybes using images, videos, audio, and text, with the option to also draw from a preset library for faster setup. The workflow is designed to be simple and intuitive, guiding users step by step so they can easily build and customize their Vybe without friction.
Save Creation
Users can enable the 21-Day VybeActivation and set their creation to public for community resharing when saving.
Explore
Find a Daily Vybe
Find a Daily Vybe is designed as an intuitive discovery space where users can easily browse and select instructors to guide their daily Vybe practice. The interface focuses on quick exploration and clear decision-making, allowing users to match with instructors based on their goals and preferences. By simplifying the selection process, the design helps users seamlessly start a guided session and stay engaged in their daily wellness routine.

User Dashboard
My Profile serves as a personal dashboard that gives users a clear overview of their journey within Myndset. It highlights key progress metrics, helping users reflect on their consistency, and managing preferences.
